However, in the event you are not happy with items purchased then we are happy to offer you a
14 day No quibble returns policy.
If returning any item, our only stipulation is that they are in a saleable condition, in other words
- The tags have not been removed
- The garment has not been worn or damaged
- No Smells or Markings
- The Packaging is returned
For hygiene reasons we are unable to issue refunds for swimwear or underwear.
We will happily exchange for a different size or item but there will be a flat rate charge of £6.00 to cover postage costs. You only have to pay this if returning any item for an exchange.
Please note when we refund your payment we will refund you minus the postage charge it originally cost us to send the item to you.
Please enclose your receipt when returning your item and your reason for returning/exchanging your item
We recommend all items being returned should be sent back via Royal Mail Special Delivery with extra insurance for items of a high value (only costs £1) this is for your peace of mind as we cannot exchange /refund items that have gone missing .

Christmas Returns Policy
At this time of year many purchases are made as Christmas Gifts, and will not be tried on until Christmas Day.
Our Christmas Returns Policy runs for 15 days from Christmas Day rather than from the date of purchase. This means that this year you have until Friday 9th January 2009 to return any such items to us.
Please remember do not remove tags or dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping the garment.
Refund Times
On receipt of your return we will dispatch your exchange item
Refunds will be issued in exactly the same way the items (s) were paid for. For example if you have paid by cheque we will issue you with a refund by cheque.
We will issue a full refund within 30 days.
Please note when we refund your payment we will refund you minus the postage charge it originally cost us to send the item to you.
Styles UK reserve the right to not issue refunds where we feel items have been worn or tampered with.
Cancelling your order
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Styles UK, for a full refund.
This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
You must inform Styles UK via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number.
For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched.
If however your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the order to us.
